Upgraded to 7.1.1 on my nexus 6 and the calender is now stacking reminders and events from different dates into one single day.. it has messed up my credit card payment reminders and cost me money. It's disappointing that even basic functions like these don't get tested in QA. Please fix this ASAP Full Review

Once again since recent update I am unable to choose colours for different appt or schedule types, as per this previous review. It was so easy before I could easily see at quick glance if medical appts coming up for my husband. Bring back that option please. Full Review

Much improved recently. To those who keep asking for a week/month default view, you can already set this. You have to open the app from your apps to go to settings, then 'view' and change it how you like from there. You cannot do this from the calendar itself, only from the app icon. Samsung recently changed their calendar which I had been using for about 4 years and now there are no event colour options, so as Samsung move backwards, Google goes forwards. Full Review

My samsung and iphone calender app were better. Also this app icone isnt showing todays date. I have to open the app to see whats todays date. Not easy to use this app. Full Review

The reason I tried this app is so that when I include a name to an event I want contact suggestions which it does, thank you. I'm only disappointed that my month view is so animated. My default calendar on my android has a simple view allowing me to see more time slot detail when in a month's view. So basically if you could slot the events in month view and not just list them that would be great. Full Review

Got an email saying I wasn't using the official app. Sorry I changed. Using Galaxy Note 5, it is difficult to get entry on correct day. I use three calendars yet something like a dozen appear as options, some with the same name but tied to different email addresses. Why? Which one to choose? Then every entry annoying appears twice. Hard to read interface whether viewing monthly or daily format. Can't say I like anything about it. Full Review

Since changing phones, the calenders has decided to send me email reminders, which I don't want. Those email reminders are then removed from my phone, which is where I want them! Incredibly annoying! Sent several help emails, been ignored! I take a lot of medication and rely on my phone calendar to remind me, so I'm missing important meds! So frustrating! Full Review

Notification settings rather troublesome. Let's say that if the event is on on Sat 10th at 7pm and I'd like to be reminded on Thur 8th at 9pm, I'd have to start doing mental arithmetic to determine how many hours to set. Wouldn't it be easier and faster to have a pop-up calendar and just select the day & time? Plus a live icon that actually shows the current date would be nice. Full Review

Please improve the "2x3" Schedule Widget. It is wasting & not utilizing precious space. 1st is the heading - today's day: really no need to put it there since it is listed as 1st event already. Even worse, it is taking two lines & too much unnecessary space. 2nd: too much blank space in-between events wasted. Full Review

This app is invasive to other calendars and doesn't restore changes when uninstalled. It automatically changes the colors to make your original calendar app unreadable. You can't change the color of your text back to black, nor can you make the lines between events show again. The best you can do is choose a darker color for the event so you may be able to read it. Any app that is invasive to another is poorly written. I wonder what other changes I will find it made in other apps? Full Review

I like the look of the widget on my recently bought Nexus 6p, but there is a change in functionality with this now - my event reminders are automatically disappearing when the event "ends" even if I haven't dismissed it from my notifications menu. Super frustrating when the point of setting up reminders in this way is to pop up and stay there until you've dismissed it as complete. Full Review

Stuff goals and the like, the app needs to be able to do the core event creation/editing things like duplication. Also there could usefully be a setting to say whether the event start time should be considered as a departure time (for those of us who include travel time etc as part of the event), an arrival time (for those don't include travel time who like to arrive early), or a precise start time. That would help other apps do sensible things. There seems to be an issue with reminders. Repeating reminders only seem to show up for a year and reminders created over a year in advance don't show up at all. Full Review

I have a Kindle Fire 5th gen. I found this app to be only marginally better than the built in calendar app. They are nearly identical. The Google Calendar has a few extra options when entering info for a new event/reminder (I'm still not sure of the difference. I thought an event included a reminder. This app seems to think they are different.). Bottom line, I'm going to keep for a few days to decide if it becomes useful or redundant. Redundant will be a reason to uninstall. Full Review
