    Code TREK it's easy to use, just click the menu on the upper left corner (top of page) and go to "promos", enter TREK for $20 in ride credits (or current best offer, varies by city) Enter the code BEFORE your first ride and enjoy the LYFT. All LYFT drivers are background Checked and cars are verified to be in good shape with good tires, horn, wipers, etc. as well must keep a 4.8 rating or above.     I love Lyft! The drivers always show within 10 minutes of me contacting them. They are super friendly and professional.     You have to watch what the drop off and pick up location is and make sure it is correct otherwise you will be charged more and customer service responds in 5 minutes to fix the problem plus lyft is cheaper quicker and better than uber. It would be better if it gave you your time arrival that's the only thing it needs. Full Review

    You should not use this ridiculous service. They suddenly block my account, randomly charged. When I complained why my account was locked. They replied that our risk team does not allow you to open your account. Lyft does not deserve to be called service and not appropriate to get 1 star. Full Review

    I own a 2000 Ford Excursion. The best, most reliable, and safest vehicle I've ever had. It will be a classic soon and I've had people offer me way more than what I paid for it. Lyft has absolutely no cars in my area at all but I can't work because my car isn't new enough. Ask anyone that's ever rode in an Excursion, they'd probably rather that pull up to give them a ride.     I really want to like Lyft, but this app makes it awfully hard, for multiple reasons. 1. Push Notifications: As NUMEROUS other reviewers have mentioned, the promotional notifications are irritating and need to stop. I'm sure someone is looking at the number of people who click on them and calling them a success, without considering the number of customers you are annoying and losing. At least give us an option to opt out. What if every app behaved this way? How many push notifications would we be getting? 2. Frequent Updates: How about doing more testing and pushing fewer updates on us? What if every app behaved this way? How many updates would we be installing every week? 3. App Permissions: The permissions requested by this app seem excessive. While does a ride-hailing app need access to read my calendar, read my contacts, make calls, send texts, and and use my camera? What if every app behaved this way? Why should we trust Lyft with this access? Come on Lyft, get your act together! Full Review

    Customer Service was great. A driver didn't show up and, although I'm annoyed I still got charged for the ride, it was easy to email them through the direct link at the bottom of the emailed receipt about my grievance. Customer Support got back to me within 4 hours with a full refund, apology, and unmatched me to the driver so he will never see my ride request. Full Review

    I used to use lyft more than uber; a lot more, actually. Their drivers are great, but their customer service is terrible. I didn't use the app for about two years, but with ubers bad publicity as of late, I tried to use it again. Unfortunately, they are saying their payment processer won't let me reopen my account. The answers have been incredibly vague, with no reason given. I reviewed my ride history, and my last several rides were $0. I'm not sure if the account I used had low funds or what, but I was never alerted to this. No notifications, just a blanket ban with no explanation. I guess that's why uber dominates the market despite negative press. Full Review

    I like left and all BUT I WISH THEY WOULD PROVIDE LOYAL/EXISTING CUSTOMERS WITH PROMO CODES I use Lyft almost everyday and I never receive any promo codes so I tested a theory and downloaded the app on another phone of mine signed up maybe account took one ride and haven't used it since but Lyft is constantly sending me emails to that account that I don't use what sense does that make till they fix this my rating will we stay one star it's not worth it Full Review

    Can be very unreliable and when you schedule a lyft in advance driver doesn't always show up or they come the day after your ride was schedule then they charge you for a no-show and only want to give you credit instead of refunding your money uber is much more reliable I only use to get to work but its still a service being prpvide. The GPS/Navigation is horrible regardless of the address you put in. Too many updates and notifications. Full Review
