    First time using this service and I got stuck with some butthole Indian dude who doesn't help with me with my things just aita there when j have to fit a ton of bags into his tiny car.     This company is terrible and immoral. I refuse to give my money to a company who cuts drivers off from the livelihood without so much of a notice or reconsideration.     I would given a better rating if it werent for the simple fact that, whatever map Lyft uses is TERRIBLE. Constantly taking longer, or obscure, routes adding more time to my ride. Stop it, I don't like that. LUCKILY, only once did the driver not listen ti my request. All the other drivers I've had listened to my direction and not the Lyft. Full Review

    I drive for Lyft and everything from the experience to meeting new people is great. My only problem as a Driver is that when I get a tip Lyft's fees pretty much cancel it out. That definitely needs to be fixed! Full Review

    As Lyft believes it's fine to take my money in an "authorization security"; $15.00 to ensure I can pay for a $6.00 ride, and take 2-5 business days to return it to my card I don't see why I can't wait 2-5 business days to pay. Lyft sucks. Full Review

    This company will employ anyone. So far I have had more BAD/UNSAFE drivers compared to nice/safe drivers. I have had 3 drivers start driving off while I was still buckling my 2 year old's carseat in. I've had one guy that kicked me and that 2 year old out of his vehicle in 110° plus weather for not having the exact address!!! His name is "Dev" IN LAS VEGAS white male, average weight, 20-30 yrs old. And the mapping/gps is TERRIBLE. Hate this ridesharing app & most of the employees here in las vegas!!!!!!!!! Full Review

    Code TREK it's easy to use, just click the menu on the upper left corner (top of page) and go to "promos", enter TREK for $20 in ride credits (current best offer) Enter the code BEFORE your first ride and enjoy the LYFT. All LYFT drivers are background Checked and cars are verified to be in good shape with good tires, horn, wipers, etc. as well must keep a 4.8 rating or above.     Yesterday, I tried this service for the first time to get a ride from a restaurant to the nearest Metro station in Alexandria, Va. With tip, cost me about $6, but saved me over 30 minutes on a city bus. The driver was there under 2 minutes. I was really lucky. I suggest using this service to go and from metro stations instead of catching the city buses. It saves tons of time. I did not sign up for Uber because i heard that some drivers intentionally decline requests to drive up (catch the pun?) the cost of the trip. I heard that Lyft is better for the consumer.     I loved my first time riding with Daniel. He was very informative and he also told me why I had to wait so long when there were so many available cars around me. They don't like to put mileage on their cars. I really didn't have to go that far, just over the state line which is not far from where I live. And when I was told that my trip was only $14 I was very happy! So why is it then that Lyft charged me almost $20 for the trip? I tipped him in cash because I heard that some drivers weren't getting their tips though the app. I just read through this app again and I didn't see where they charge you extra money for anything. 🤔 Full Review

    Rating 1 star for these reasons: - No transparency in what the updates actually are. - Wait times are not accurate - Constantly drains your battery - Some believe the app tracks you after your ride and sends data on your location and this is why the battery drains. - Can't see your passenger rating.     I has to uninstall lyft and lyft driver because the app was stuck on ONLINE there was no way I could log out not even restarting my phone. Even on the regular lyft app it would show me logged in as a driver. I uninstalled both apps Full Review

    Used to use exclusively since I can tip drivers. In the last month I have gotten two inaccurate rides, one the cost was different than the upfront price, the second the driver dropped me off in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully it wasn't too late and the neighborhood wasn't too bad. After the first issue I started taking screenshots before each ride, but even so, Lyft customer service refused to correct the safely issue. Now I'm stick riding Uber for life and tipping cash, sorry Lyft drivers. Full Review

    When it works it's fine, but in crowded downtown areas it can't always find me and sends my driver to the wrong spot. Right now I'm waiting an extra 20 minutes becauseof this and the app thinks my driver already picked me up so I'm getting super over-charged. WTH?? Full Review

    Lyft has continually disabled my account. Customer service never emailed back after I contacted them 3 times about the issues on my account. I am absolutely livid. Because of this, I have missed work, appointments, and have been late to places looking for alternative transportation.
