    This is an updated review. After initially posting about the unusability of the app, I must acknowledge that Sprint did the 2 most important things. One, they responded & two, they fixed the problem. I did not have to update the app for the fix, so I believe the response that it was some other problem besides the app. In fairness I give kudos for responsiveness and effective resolution. I haven't tried bill payment yet but from what I've seen the rest is functional. OK Sprint, I'm feeling a lot better. Full Review

    Cant even log in. Keeps telling me I need to change my user id.but sends the same user id to my email if i want to reset my password. The chat option is handled by incapable people UPDATE: After I placed my review Lisa from development contacted me and after a long time she fixed the issue. Now I am able to use the app!     I can't even open the app. Keeps saying Error. When I went to the store the store rep let us use Sprints computer to contact Sprint. The Sprint rep on the other end of the computer said we had to adjust cookies on the phone that they were not having problems with connectivity. When the Sprint rep typed back and told her we were using Sprints computer and it also said Error their was no response. How long do we keep the app before erasing it because it will not work?     App always crashes and spins and spins and spins and spins. Sprint must keep all their information on a floppy disk on a Commodore 64. It's easier and quicker just to threaten the employees at the store. I've had Sprint numerous times reverse charges and reverse billings becaise you can never pay your bill. Full Review

    Horrible. When i got my new phone no one told me that I had a new account or had to make a new one. At the store , the seller didn't even mention anything even when I asked they kept saying no. Not just that, they told me to use the sprint app to pay my bill which will be easier. When I did, I paid for my old account and didn't know that it was. Until they shut my phone down. I tried contacting them but they all said different things. No one is in the same page. Even when I explain to them about the app not changing or updated my profile for me they still charging me and want me to pay full with late charges. I'm planning on moving to different service. App is super slow and is always crashing!!! Full Review

    This app is horrible. Since last update every time I try to sign in it gives me no error except for the word error. I really hope T-Mobile does purchase Sprint , that way maybe we can get an app that works halfway decent. Sad really. Full Review

    The app is fine for paying my bill, but nothing else ever works for me. I've never been able to open the app and view my bill without hassle. I've also had to change my PW too many times because they won't change my billing zip code which leads to constant error messages. Full Review

    This app was terrible! It wouldn't let me sign into my regular account with my phone number. I was in the middle of a blackout and wanted to refill my cellular data since my wifi was down, but I could even do that! I would rate lower if I could. Full Review

    Wish you didn't force me to use this piece of garbage app instead of just letting me dial *3 to make a payment. Waste of time and space on my device. This is completely unusable for its purpose on GS8+. I'd give this a zero star rating if I could. Full Review

    Anything I want to do has to be done in a browser window, so the app is literally a waste of space (as were all the other Sprint apps). App also insists that I get a texted code every time I use it. "Improved" security. Full Review

    It doesn't work at all. I am so close to switching service providers. How can Geico allow me to pay my bill with only my phone number, but I need a password and username to pay on my own device. It is 2017 Sprint. This is ridiculous. Full Review

    Every since this new app replaced the old one it's been downhill. Can't do a thing without an getting errors to try again later yet it doesn't get better "later". With how big Sprint is you would think that they would hire people who would make this app functional instead of pretty. Next time probably test it instead of making us lose our time getting it to work. Full Review

    If I could give this zero stars, I would. Has this great feature that intercepts your calls to Customer Care. Went into the app settings, turned it off, still wouldn't let me call customer service. Had to uninstall the app to be able to contact customer service. Garbage Full Review

    Ood app, then they made this latest update, it it's useless. Other then the ability to pay your bill, it's a waste of memory on the phone. What the hell is the point of having a connectivity section in the app that doesn't lead anywhere. Now here I am calling in for support when we are supposed to have the ability to do everything through the app. Full Review

    Like many before me have said, the "new and improved" app is better at one thing, crashing, showing error reports, saying the network is unavailable - whether I am connected to Wifi or not. In general, this new app must not have gone through much testing, cause it does not work. At least the old one worked. Full Review

    My Sprint keeps auto updating and installing itself. It changes my Chrome home page without permission. It dies about once a day. Worst: it manipulates Play Store rankings to appear at top of Top Free Tools. This is straight up malware and its forcing itself to be on MY device. Developers say that this is all to be helpful and allow for self service. This app rating shows public's thoughts on that and this horrible app. Notice other carriers don't have the same problem.     It's difficult to load, even if you have all bars, just spins, spins and spins. No possibility to report a problem with your phone. Im trying to complain about connectivity issue with my phone and no comments from Sprint. Used to be much better. Full Review

    Crashes on opening most of the time. Will not login when it does open. Useless. For troubleshooting, using a HTC M8 and no, i don't want another phone. Sprint has upgraded its security so you have to get a text when signing into their website. Great, now only the person that has stolen, or found you phone can log into and make changes to your Sprint account ROFL!!! Full Review

    One time I went to pay my bill and the app had had someone elses information on my phone. Total could have paid someone elses bill with their credit card. I wouldnt do that but me and no one else should be able to access other peoples stuff. And I couldnt pay my bill because it wouldnt let me sigh out of his account. Full Review

    Can't connect to it. Just a blank Error message with no further details about it. I'm getting so close to switching providers. App has NEVER worked for me, about to just uninstall it. Sad when you want to uninstall your own phone company from your phone... Full Review

    Don't even have enough of a network connection to update this app. This has been my life since switching to sprint several months back. Terrible decision. I can't wait to get a deal around Christmas to switch carriers. I am willing to cut my losses at this point. UPDATE: finally was able to download the app update. Now I can't sign in because it tells me there is a connection error. Is there a rating lower than one star? Full Review

    Whenever I use this app, I am told there is an "Android System Update" available for installation, when I CLEARLY KNOW THAT IS NOT THE CASE. Is this app infected with a virus? Re-installing does not help. The app frequently does not respond or the service is "unavailable". Full Review

    I hate the fact that I can never ever not one time get a Human Being on the other end of the line!! Instead I have to type it out like that's convenient especially when you have huge hands and don't text to start with..I've had to go out of my way to the other side of town 45 min away twice for something that could've been told to me by a human!!     I am the only person on my account. After many months, "MY SPRINT" still tells me I am not an authorized user. What am I not understanding? I have to request access for myself? Is it becuse I have multiple user names that the app forced us to create? It is 2017 and I cannot remember the last time I was able to easily pay my bill online.. Please answer me and please help.     Terrible coverage (I have calls drop or cut out every single day at places all over San Diego - by far the worst cell coverage of any provider, even the "burner"/"disposable" phone companies have much better coverage than Sprint), and the app is a horrible customer service barrier. They do everything they can to funnel you to the app to solve your own problem so they don't have to pay a human to provide service. Usually your problem requires an actual employee, so it takes FOREVER to get through the BS to speak to someone. Long story short: Whatever you do, RUN AWAY FROM SPRINT AS FAST AS YOU CAN!     Rarely works correctly. Still have to type log in with password even though I select the fingerprint scan option. When using password, it never accepts it the first time, have to retype it at least twice, sometimes more. Full Review

    This app is AWFUL, HORRIBLE, AND FRUSTRATING AS HELL. It is the only thing worse than calling their 800#. We have had Sprint for too long (forced over from NTelos) and this app has never worked. I've called, tweeted, and visited the store and every rep I talk to says it sucks and never works. I cant even log in or create profile. All I get is error, error, error. Full Review
