    Love the service, drivers are usually great. But this app is a disaster. From the minute I upgraded it to this latest build I knew it was off. UX is out the window, apparently to prioritize whatever it is Uber is trying to do with us - forced location settings, tracking post ride, whatever we will find out soon enough.     Worst app. Keeps taking my money by saying that I owe them from a ride from last month how the hell. I paid 1500 extra in different different amounts for the same ride 5 times.     Uber support team is asking me to pay for a trip which is not displaying properly at my dashboard. There is no information of source and destination in dashboard and they told me that they cant share this infos with me due to privacy policy. Its my right to know about the invoice before make a payment for that. Uber support deleted the thread where i was in discussions with the team. Support team's response was to much irritating as all are pasting the same content in their response. No straight communication, just ignoring my main concern. I wanted to know the source and destination of my trip for which they asked me to pay. But they are refusing to share that information. Its all about invoice information not the company information.     I ordered an uber, waiting time 11 minutes. Ok, sure. After 5 minutes i open my phone to look again, the app changed my car with another one, 11 minutes away. After i waited 5 minutes for the first one. No problem, let me cancel this. Wait, you have to pay a fee for canceling after more than 5 minutes. Are you kidding me? You made me wait 20 minutes because you changed my driver, never again! Full Review

    Uber app sucks and there some error in the app. I told the Uber people to correct it. They blamed me that there is nothing wrong. Mistake is from my side they added. I send mail to Uber guys.     Really democratised travel in the city in my opinion. Taxis aren't just for the few anymore. Drivers are always helpful and friendly and makes you feel safe. I hope you settle your disputes with TfL. I guess if you don't, we'll be getting Lyft everywhere... Lyft was also great when I used it in the US. Full Review

    The driver always has a problem finding my exact location because the map shows him a dead end at one point when it isn't and he often gets confused and cancels the ride which is why I have to pay the 50 rs fine.     Tried making a scheduled ride for my sister-in-law later today, added my debit card but payment was invalid. So I tried it again with Paypal (my card & bank account is on file with PP) got a $1 hold but payment was still invalid. So I tried a Chase visa card and payment was still invalid. So frustrating!     I loved Uber for years. But in the last 3 months their app has been malfunctioning, they raised their prices and it takes hours and some times days to get a response from customer service. A conversation can honestly take weeks. I'm sad I'm done with Uber. We had some good years, but this customer service is that bad! Look how foolish these guys are. They tell me to contact customer service. But I've learned that this achieves nothing. I have yet to get a response back that even comes close to addressing my complaint. Just copy and paste nonsense. I also want to be clear that I am NOT a "loyal rider" anymore. You lost me to Lyft and your customer service is 100% to blame.     I applied a 100.00 Uber gift card to my account because I don't have a compatible card to link after speaking to a representative that told me to do so. Well, the gift card total was applied, still doesn't work and I can get a refund. Got stuck at work yesterday bc the app decided to not allow me to request a ride and lost my damn job this morning from not being able to get to work. Uber has disappointed me.     Battery drain very fast with in 15 minutes. if we continue Keep on the uber application. Sometimes giving wrong cab which is too far instead of the closer one. If we cancel it just because to hire near cab it will book same cab if we try again, atleast it should skip that cab.Cabs are not clean now days. Uber block the user if we cancel sevrel no. Of time you shoud not block because reason are different for the cancelation. Confusing about waiting period in between the ride. There must be an option to show the car model or make so if we want to hire sedans or muv we can select that Instead of small car. Cancellation time without charge should be more then 5 min.
