    Very good app. Im happy with the service given by them but option must be available to book cab for someone else. I was not able to find the option to book for someone. Even if it is provided, it is hard to find. If they provide the option then it will be better. So, when we book the cab for others then contact details of cab driver and the actual passengers should be exchanged instead of our contact details. Full Review

    Very bad response from the drivers and uber the customer services. Drivers will stop the ride when and where they want and the customer services won't respond at all even if u complain for it. U would get fake offers from uber. Cashback would be promised but it won't come in ur paytm wallet! Hated the experience, really! Worst service ....Please try other cab services like ola, meru etc. This foreign company is just looting us when and how they want. Full Review

    The new updates is not very nice. Double tap to confirm pick up is a new feature that is useless as it makes me think I have book when I have only pick a spot. Not smart. The map is also wrong more often than not. Not helpful for drivers which is frustrating when I need to be picked up at a place im not familiar with. Not cool. Full Review

    I guess uber has to understand how pooling works .. for 11 KMS it takes me close to 1 and half hour.. it's ridiculous and we are charged more.. please consider the pick up also matters not only the drop.. when u have so many cabs how can u have such a bad service.. moreover also think of fuel consumption.. come up with innovative ways to help pooling get better.. it's a humble request.. save our time too..     This app has become worst now.. There is no customer support.. You can't speak with the customer care person by any means.. All you can do is just request. You never know when the customer care person will respond to your request. In this month I had taken 4 rides and in all the four trips, I was overcharged. When I give a request for the refund of extra amount charged, I get no response. I must really appreciate Ola cabs with regards to their customer response. Full Review

    Taking rating down as customers also getting rated and it is annoying.. drivers are getting changed dynamically and always late arrival or driver will cancel. Complete waste of time.. Even if map shows the cars around during booking it books the driver who is miles away. GPS location of a driver also not good ..     Bad customer service. I had a driver who refused to pick me up, same picture as the profile, same car details, saying that he is a grab driver. Meaning the driver was using two apps at same time.     Foreigner living in S.E. Asia. Constantly having cabbies try to rip me off, often by many multiples of the actual price. Refuse to turn on the meter most the time, if they turn it on, it's often a fake meter that charges huge rates. Have yet to be ripped off by an Uber driver.     I was charged nearly 4 times and was not informed until my drop. Raised a complain but no revert from uber team. This is such an unprofessional behaviour.     After latest update, Advertisements have been vanished. But location positioning is not good. Despite switching on "Location" service Uber app locates me at wrong location, despite saving home address. Another problem is app itself is not invoking Location services.     Good. Can be better if the choice of route is provided to riders as it will not give surprises to.rider about the fare. Can suggest alternate route with alternate UFP fare as well. Car pooling is done requests should be in 180degree search not in 360degree search. As it creates bad match and time waste in pool requests.     GPS is never accurate and often the driver is around the corner or nowhere near pick up because of this. It also sends them on bad routes causing longer trips and higher costs. In addition I do not think it is fair drivers can rate passengers. They are the ones offering a service and we are paying.     Unable to book or even view cabs when using mobile data even with a 4G connection. This is horrifying and forces me to flag an auto or can and pay by cash which I am so against. Please work it out. I can watch YouTube video at 1080p with no buffer using my 4G connection and yet the maps and cabs don't load! Full Review

    So, can your drivers dpwnrate me as a rider for not tipping? I thought the whole point was to pay your drivers a high enough base wage to make tipping unnecessary. Creating the expectation of leaving a tip widens the disparity in whom can afford to access your app, relegating it's use to the wealthy, and removing a viable option for transportation access to those of low to median poverty wages. How disappointing that your executives and shareholders have decided to move the burden of fair pay off of themselves and onto the rider. Uber has devolved into your typical run-of-the-mill corporate cashgrab penalizing dedicated consumers and drivers alike. Full Review

    App is fine, network is fine, but drivers are refusing to take the routes specified by customer in case someone needs to be picked up or dropped on the way. Since we pay for the km as well as wait time, who are drivers to decide which route to take? If a woman doesn't feel safe, will your driver still forcefully take a route that he prefers just because it's faster and shorter? It's a safety issue as well so please look into this. Also, allow multiple locations to be added as favorites (apart from one home and one work). Full Review

    i was shown an estimate of 49rs bit 128rs deducted from my paytm account on a share ride of around 4 km. i have requested to refund my money but i got response like the fair was appropriate. from any point it doesn't make any sense as if i would have taken ubergo or uberx then also fair for 4 km is around 70 to 80 rs. they need improve their support and there should be customer care for particular city.     Over charged in my ride aap shown 80 rs at finshing the ride they ask to pay 130 due to the previous ride canceled. The cab wasn't come in time so i canceled ride that was not my fault. Still i payed the total amount. Canceled ride should not be calliculated. If it calliculted then it should be shown with the ride amount before booking Full Review

    One attempt and never again. I scheduled a time of 1240- 1255 with a fare of $23. The driver called at 1242 and I said I'll be there in 5mins, before 1250. Driver canceled and I looked at a new fare of $56 for the same trip. So what's the point of the pick up window frame? I bet drivers knowingly canceled to force users into paying bigger fares.     I accidentally left my keys in the car (understand it's my fault). I contacted the driver who said he would bring them to me for $10, understandably, our distance was far. He then text me he now wants $40. When I apologized and i said i dont have that be came rude and he would leave them at "the office" and provided an address.     First of All a professional app app cannot be 30mb . Worst is the booking segment gets auto updated. If you book a shared cab at the end you will see it's ubergo. Fares get auto updated from shared fare to ubergo and later u are forced to pay and claim it as refund. OLA cabs are transparent in terms of fares for sure. Full Review

    For some reason everytime I scheduled one it was never on time. The time not only was it late but I was charged double the regular fare. I looked at my receipt and was thinking like. It don't even cost that much in a taxi. And I still got to work late. And what's with the constant fare surge because of being busy.
